Dynamic teams

Dynamic teams is the strip near the chat input that lets you choose teammates and assistants for a conversation.

It is easiest to use when you are starting a new conversation.

Layout

Dynamic teams shows two rows:

• People — the human teammates in your organization, excluding you.
• Assistants — personal executive assistants plus Chiro.

Your own EA appears first. Chiro appears as its own tile. Teammates' EAs are labeled with their owner's name.

Starting a conversation

Your own EA is pre-selected on a fresh load. Click more tiles to add them to the selection. Picking a teammate can also bring in that teammate's EA, depending on the current product behavior in your workspace.

Type your first message and send it. A conversation opens with the selected participants.

Use Clear to reset the selection when that option is available.

Adding to an open conversation

With a conversation open, you can add more people or assistants from the same area when that option is available.

Group conversations with 3+ humans

Select multiple people and, optionally, any mix of their EAs or Chiro to start a group conversation.

Inside a conversation, use @ to mention an assistant when assistant mentions are enabled.

Details worth knowing

• Teammates who have not finished joining the workspace may not appear yet.
• If your team is larger than the visible list, use Team directory to find the rest.
