What the workspace is for and where to go first.

The Achiral workspace is the signed-in area for your organization. It lives on a workspace URL such as https://example-com.achiral.ai.

Your assigned AI/ML Shepherd operates in a supporting role outside the customer workspace unless access is explicitly granted.

What happens in the workspace?

The workspace is where people, assistants, and tasks come together. It is where you:

  • ask Chiro questions about your organization;
  • work with your personal executive assistant on daily follow-up and prioritization;
  • start 1:1 or group conversations with teammates;
  • use Dynamic teams to choose the right participants;
  • find people in the Team directory; and
  • track work in Collaborative tasks.

Who is present in the workspace

  • Team members use Chat, Team, Tasks, Chiro, and personal executive assistants for daily work.
  • Chiro is the organization-wide assistant.
  • Personal executive assistants are attached to individual team members and can join conversations when useful.

Owners and admins use the same workspace as team members, plus have access to separate organization administration surfaces when they need to manage members, settings, billing, integrations, or governance.
