Version3.12.1

Chirobot

How Achiral uses your public website to improve organization context.

Chirobot is the website-intelligence part of Achiral.

It helps Achiral learn from your organization's public website so Chiro has better context about your company.

What Chirobot is for

Chirobot is meant to improve shared organization context from public web content such as:

  • product pages;
  • company pages;
  • public documentation;
  • public policy pages; and
  • other public-facing site content.

What it does

During setup or refresh, Chirobot reads public pages on your website and uses that content to improve Chiro's understanding of your organization.

This is different from assistant capabilities:

  • Chirobot helps with what Chiro knows.
  • Capabilities help define what assistants are allowed to do.

What you may need to do

If your public site blocks automated access, you may need to allow Chirobot to reach it.

The most practical checks are:

  • make sure the content is publicly reachable;
  • make sure your robots.txt does not block Chirobot if you want it crawled; and
  • make sure your edge protection or bot controls are not blocking the crawler.

Troubleshooting

If website intelligence is incomplete or fails:

  • confirm the pages are public;
  • confirm the important pages are linked from the site;
  • confirm your security layer is not blocking the crawler; and
  • run a refresh from the relevant organization settings flow if the app exposes one.

If the site still does not crawl as expected, contact support.

Privacy

Chirobot is meant for public website content. It does not require authentication to read the content it uses for this workflow.
