Version3.12.1

Quick start

Connect tools, invite teammates, and start using the workspace.

Once your organization has been onboarded, do three things first: connect the tools your team already uses, invite teammates, and start one useful conversation in the workspace.

Two ways to start quickly

  1. Connect your tools so Achiral can bring in context from the systems your team already uses.

After you connect a source, Achiral starts processing that data in the background.

  2. Invite your teammates so each person can complete onboarding, create their assistant, and work in the same shared workspace.

Connect your tools

Open the organization settings from the workspace header, then go to Integrations to see available connectors.

Start with the tools your team uses every day: chat, email, calendars, docs, tickets, and customer systems.

See Integrations for the full connector model and setup details.

Invite teammates

Invite teammates from the organization workspace when you are ready. Each teammate completes user onboarding, adds role context, chooses an executive assistant name, and sets an autonomy boundary.

This matters because Achiral works best when it has both shared system data and human role context. Tool connections show what happened. User onboarding helps the product understand who owns what.

What happens next?

As events arrive from connected tools, Achiral adds that context to the workspace and memory features. Chiro can then answer questions using what is available in your organization's context.

Start with simple questions:

  • "What changed in our workspace today?"
  • "Which customer issues need follow-up?"
  • "What decisions did we make about onboarding?"
  • "Which tasks should I prioritize today?"
  • "Who owns the action items from our last meeting?"

Then create one concrete outcome in the workspace, such as a follow-up, a summary, or a task.
