Version3.12.1

Getting started

Create your workspace, finish onboarding, and land in the product.

Start by signing up to create your Achiral workspace.

The first setup flow does two jobs:

  1. It creates the workspace for your organization.
  2. It collects the first details Achiral needs so Chiro and each person's executive assistant have useful context.

What do I need to sign up?

A valid email address that can receive the sign-in link.

First-time setup

After you verify your email, Achiral walks you through two onboarding steps.

  1. The first step sets up the organization workspace.
  2. The second step sets up the first person in that workspace and their assistant preferences.

Organization onboarding

Organization onboarding is a one-time setup completed by the first person who creates the workspace. When it is done, Achiral sends you to your workspace URL.

During organization onboarding, Achiral asks for the basic details it needs to create the workspace and configure shared organization context.

  • Organization details. Enter the business name and the information Achiral uses to identify the workspace.
  • Workspace URL. Confirm the workspace URL or subdomain that people on your team will use.
  • Operating context. Provide the setup details the product asks for so the workspace reflects how your team works.
  • Workspace creation. When setup is complete, Achiral creates the workspace and redirects the owner into personal onboarding if needed.

Owner (or other user) onboarding

User onboarding is for the first person who created the workspace and for every teammate who joins later.

User onboarding tells Achiral who a person is, what work they do, and how much autonomy their Executive Assistant should have.

  • Profile. Enter your full name, designation, a short description of your role at work, and the emails of teammates or reportees you manage.
  • Assistant setup. Choose a name for your executive assistant. That name becomes part of the assistant's identity.

You cannot rename an assistant later. To change the name, you retire that assistant and create a new one.

  • Autonomy. Pick how independently the assistant should operate: suggest only, act with approval, or act autonomously within defined limits.
  • Boundaries. These settings define what the assistant may do on your behalf and can be updated later.
  • Workspace. When onboarding is complete, Achiral signs you into the workspace root, such as https://example-com.achiral.ai/.
